Refund Policy - the basics

3. Late or Missing Refunds:

   • If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account again.

   • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted.

4. Sale Items:

   • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order.
